What do anxiety and depression feel like? 

You might be depressed if you feel --- demotivated, nonproductive, tired, blue, weepy, too much or too little sleep, blahs, low energy, lacking purpose, no joy, no sexual appetite, overwhelmed, foggy brain, never rested, cranky, irritable, procrastinating, can't move, weight gain, drained, hopeless, helpless, bleak.
